WHERE ARE THE GARMENTS PRODUCED?
The Susan Bender and Heather Dubrow collection is proudly produced in an artisanal factory located in Turkey.
ARE THE MATERIALS USED IN THE CLOTHING SUSTAINABLY SOURCED?
Yes, the leather used in the Susan Bender and Heather Dubrow collection is sustainably sourced. The animals are not raised for their leather but as a food source. The leather is a byproduct.
HOW DO I DETERMINE MY CORRECT SIZE WHEN ORDERING?
We encourage our customers to use the both our measurement charts and the fit app to determine their size for each of our products. Please note that our clothes fit similar to European designer sizes which may run slightly smaller than general U.S. sizing. If you think you are between sizes then we recommend selecting the larger size. You can always contact customer service for any questions or assistance.
HOW DO I RE-SET THE FIT APPLICATION?
If you used the fit app on the site to find your size and would like to reset it, please clear your browsing history. Specifically clear the cache and cookies. The app will then reset when the page is reloaded.
WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THE COLLECTION?
Please see our full return policy here. Customers can request to return their merchandise within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, all tags must be in place, and the garment must be undamaged, unwashed, and uncleaned. Customers can initiate the return process by using our return portal contacting customer service. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order if you would like a different size or item.

ARE THERE ANY CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CLOTHING ITEMS?
Yes, each item will have different care instructions. Customers should refer to the care instructions included on each product page for guidance on how to properly care for their items. It's important to note that leather garments (or garments that contain leather trim) require professional leather cleaning only. You may also spot clean superficial dirt with a lightly dampened cloth, but please be conservative if using this method.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship anywhere within the continental United States. You may choose from FedEx Ground/Home, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Overnight. If you wish to order from anywhere other than the continental United States then please contact customer service to see if we can ship to your destination.
ARE THERE ANY PHYSICAL LOCATIONS WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN TRY ON THE CLOTHING?
No, the Susan Bender and Heather Dubrow collaboration is available online and there are no physical locations where customers can try on the clothing items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE GARMENT?
Items typically ship within two (2) business days from the order date. We will provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.
