Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchases, but we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Please review our return policy below to ensure your return meets our requirements.


Initiating a Return

  1. 1. Timeline: You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. Returns must be postmarked within this same 14-day period.
  2. 2. How to Initiate: The easiest way to initiate a return is to use our return portal. You can also send an email to customerservice@sbxhd.com with the subject line “Return Request Order [Your Order Number]”. In the email, please include:
    • • The email address used for the order.
    • • The name or SKU of the item you wish to return. This information can be found in your sales confirmation.
    • • The reason for the return.


Return Conditions

  1. 1. Item Conditions: We inspect all returns upon arrival. To qualify for a credit, the item must be:
    • • Unworn.
    • • Unwashed.
    • • With tags still attached.
    • • Free from damage or signs of wear-and-tear.
  2. 2. Credit Issuance: If your return meets these conditions, we will issue a credit within 14 days of receiving the item.


Return Shipping

  1. 1. Pre-Paid Label: If you request a return within the 14-day window, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. Please note that $14.95 will be deducted from your return to help cover return shipping costs. Please use the original packaging for your return. We also recommend using the poly bag or garment bag from your original order to protect the item during the return shipping process.
  2. 2. Exchange Policy: We don't offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order through our website.
